Hi,

I recently purchased a brand new 2011 G37X. There were a couple of issues I found in the car

1/ The Climate Control Buttons are a bit hard. The Top rows is particularly hard, but the bottom row seems fine. Any idea why this is?
2/ I installed a Code Alarm Remote Ignition. It rarely turns on my vehicles in the first attempt (pushing button twice). Has anyone had a similar problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

Recent buyer of a 2011 G37x as well.

1) All my Climate Control Buttons are soft and easy to press...like my 2008. Is your weather super super cold or something? Does it change when the car warms up? I'm sure if something really is wrong, it would be covered.

2) Don't have this so can't speak to it. But let me know how it works out for you, I wanted to get something like this

I am not in a super cold temperature....Probably around 10F - 20F....THe lower row of the buttons are nice and smooth, however the upper rows are very hard....Probably will take it to the dealer and see what he says..
