I posted this in the video share, but here it is again. This is my car on the dyno. Only mods are K&N drop-in filters, Invidia Gemini, and Cobb AccessPort tune.
sweet! what'd it put down? i wonder why so many go with the cobb over the uprev? thoughts? are those double walled titanium tips? looks GOOD
Thanks guys.... I put down about 280HP/230TQ, but the dyno had problems with the RPM signal, and as soon as it lost the RPM signal it kind of freaked out. I am not sure if the #'s are 100% accurate (at one point it said I was putting down 744 ft/lbs TQ....). Most of heavily modified 04-06 G's were doing around 250HP....
As for the Cobb, I got it a long time ago. I would NOT recommend Cobb for ANYTHING as they completely bailed on support for the G/Z AccessPort. I have zero respect for how they went about it, and it would take a lot for me to reconsider. I will be switching to Uprev at some point....
It is the rolled, double-walled titanium tips. I may polish the blue off at some point if it starts to bother me (I thought it would, but so far I am OK with it).
