G37 is a very safe car-Judging from two bad accidents in China

Accident 1: A guy believed to be under the influence smashed his G37 at over 65mph into a Fiat waiting at a traffic light , then crashed on to a bus. All 3 guys in the G37 walked away with only minor scratches. But 2 in the Fiat died. I feel sorry for the people in the Fiat.

In the below video, please just ignore the chinese stuff.

Accident 2: An overturned truck crushed a G37 underneath. After the driver was retrieved, he he was found miraculous alive without serious injuries.

The problem is that manufacturers reinforce cars in the front to make them safer for front collisions, but the back have been neglected for ever. Do some research on car accidents where one of the cars gets rear ended, it's always the car being rear ended who gets it the worst.

That's why I would never ever sit in a car like a Smart. It won't be pretty if you get rear ended by a big SUV.

Yeah, it's really sad the 2 adult and 1 children in the Fiat all died. The dude in the Infiniti will probably be put away for a long time. (he also flee the scene)

That is something I always don't get. Why isn't the back as important in terms of safety as the front ? As it clearly shows in this video that accidents can come from all sides.
