I just picked up mine 2011 G coupe a couple weeks ago and absolutely 0 problem so far.

Never had a single problem ever with Infiniti to be honest.

What kind of dealer lets a car go out like that? Should have been thoroughly checked out before leaving the garage. Sheesh

Already own a 2008 G37 6MT Coupe - so very very familiar with the car.

Drove car home tonight and just loved it.

However - 2 minor problems:

1) Analog clock both isn't moving and won't change time when setting buttons pushed - stuck at high noon.

2) Homelink mirror has 1 green light on showing it has power - but no matter how long I push the outer homelink buttons it never blinks. (held for almost 3 minutes just to be sure at one point).

Is there a blown fuse here? I'll be taking it back to the dealer next week but wondering if anyone knew a fast solution. As well - is the 2nd spot on the mirror that looks like an LED just the light sensor for the rear-view or is that supposed to light up as well?

On the 2008 I have the mirror with a compass and it's designed slightly differently.

Wife wants me to return the car completely - she thinks if something this minor is wrong there's bound to be other bigger things....(she's a worry wart)

Thanks!
I'm having the exact issues. I looked into the extended storage switch fuse and wasn't able to remove it but it pulls out. It didn't make a difference to both the analog clock and the homelink in the rearview mirror. Can anyone give me any possible solutions?

FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS THESE EXACT ISSUES..I looked it up in the owner's manaul. That fuse used for shipping mentioned by COOPVILLE is called the Extended Storage Switch (pg 8-23 of the manual) which doesnt have to be completely removed..just pulled out. I pulled it out, which disengaged the fuse, and then both the analog clock and the homelink worked properly.

they forgot to put a fuse in... it takes 2 seconds to put it in underneath your driver's side

My dealer must think I'm a total pr*ck. I went over my car with a fine tooth comb, and still missed calcium spotting on the driving/fog light glass... I had him going for 10 minutes on the "shift lock" button on the center console....

... make a long story short, I got the car home, 3 days later I'm trying to open the fuel
door and SH*T....how do you open this %(^$#^ thing!?? Pretty funny.

Glad it's a minor issue! Good luck with the new car!

Like this board. Got my car on Wednesday night. Noticed today that the clock wasn't working. Found my answer here in less than 30 seconds.

Thanks guys for the useful info.
