When the car is moving and you want to make a phone call using your bluetooth technology and try to use the name previously recorded, you find that only the first five names in the phonebook are accessible. at least that's what I found.

 

its a "safety feature" to keep you from messing with the navi while your moving.(if your talking about scrolling through them) if you add the voice tags to the names im not sure why you wouldnt be able to access all 40 numbers by voice activation.
