Garage parking where you are attempting to pull as close as possible to a wall. Pulling up to a parking block in a lowered car or one with a body kit without hitting it or cracking your front lip on it. Parallel parking in a tight space.

The second two examples were a bonus.

IR camera would be more practical, detect pedestrians and animals in the distance. Add software so it can generate a rising audio tone as proximity increases. Spot speed traps at night. Drive in stealth mode at night for gansta applications. Add a plug in Eye scope and tracking IR like Apache's have and own the night, chain gun optional..lol
