in reference to the MPG counter...do you guys mainyl use the one on the dash or the center console?

Small update.

Forgot my wallet a few nights back, and ran the car ~25 miles beyond "0" - after the range said 0. I filled up 18.2 gallons (until the pump clicked). We have roughly 3 gallons after we hit range 0.

 

Mine's more like 2 from my own experience. But the difference may have to do more with the fact that it's possible to go from 30 miles left to 0 in about a mile.

 

This was an issue on the old 350z I had...I could flatline and still have 3+ gallons of gas in the tank. Looks like the kept it the same with the G, although I haven't tried it with mine yet I always fill up when the low fuel warning pops up. It usually takes 16+ gallons so it looks like the G has the same issue, if you can call it that. I guess its just for safe measure for those people who like to stretch out their tank as much as possible.

 

we still talkin about pumpin gas here?

this weekend was down to 1/8th of the tank per the gauge, with about 40mi DTE per the computer, filled up for about 16.5 gallons until 1st click
