Front Lower Bumper Basketweaves

I have a 2009 7-AT G37X. Located on the lower bumper area are left & right basketweave type grille. Anyone know of accessories that could replace these, say with different accent, or one with a lighting & different grille set-up? I looked into the accessories section of official Infiniti G Sedan, but spoilers were mentioned & other details were lacking. Also, do I have to have these installed by an authorized dealer to keep my Infiniti extended warranty intact?

Thanks in advance to those with experience with this.

Here's what I found and installed. Not exactly like I'd have designed them but preferable in my humble opinion to the stock basketweave plastic. Painting bumper inserts the same as body color might be a good alternative but it woud be hard to prep the surface for painting (sanding, primer, paint and clearcoat) since the surface isn't flat.

To each his own but, yeah, that's not working for me either... Kind of has a Franken-grille look...

This. Or cut them out and mold them to be intake vents. Place TT intercoolers behind them, a la 911. I've been thinking of doing this with high quality mesh, minus the TT
