The date on my car is 10/09. Does anyone know if the software version displayed in the system is of the entire system or just the navi?

I got mine fixed today while getting my first oil changed. They fixed the seek buttons only on the radio. The buttons on the steering wheel remains the same.

I noticed it right away, but for some reason I just assumed it was meant to be this way and got used to it. I never received any recall letters though.

My dealer had a fix for this for the '09... but they said they don't have anything for my '10, since it's so damn new. Do we actually have a TSB/recall # for this?

Perhaps the OP can scan the letter and post it up?

I never got a recall notice about this either. I took in my car for service and they said they knew about the issue but it's not listed as an actual recall. They reprogrammed it and it's all good now.

Wish I could - it grew legs and walked away, and I haven't been able to find it since. I know others have gotten it, though. Anyone care to scan and post the letter?

I was surprised it was a recall as well...it should be a TSB at best. Most people never even use those buttons on the dash, and/or would just assume that they were designed the way they are.

for my 2010, it was an owners notification that said it would be fixed when I bring it in for service. There was no recall or TSB number on my copy.

Ah... TY... maybe I'll call Infiniti to see what they can do. Honestly, I don't use seek that often, but still... it'd be nice if it were functioning normally. lol
