I thought that the sedan was the only one getting the rear sonar sensors. In the picture you can see the coupe has the sensors in the rear bumper too!

2010 Coupes will get the Sonar system as well... This is correct.

the built in ash tray is still there, even harder to access because of the redesign of the console. Its right at the curve up, it's no longer squared off.

Interesting progression of the design. I like the '09 best since I bought two. I would have preferred more mechanical upgrades like FI or V8. I guess we all have dreams. As we see on this blog, these can added later.

Are you sure, I just went back today and took the following pics. The headlights are only slightly darker than non sport? Has anyone else seen darker sport headlights.

None of those headlights are Sport. I got a price quote on the lights from the dealer and you get to choose whether you want the sport or not, and sport come with a black chrome housing, similar to the new FX...

Sport

Non-Sport

yeah I'm' not a fan of those foglights... couldn't they have made the housing flush with the grill? shoot someone make it and start selling it to dealers. =P

but yeah it's weird cause the Journey has like a flattened version of the 09 sport front and the 09 sport has that wider lower grill...

yeah i'm not too impressed (happy day for the 09 owner). the real upgrade is the new navi/multimedia system guess we'll have to wait for 2012 to see where the engine goes. I'm even on the fence that the VQ35HR to VQ37VVEL upgrade was kind of pointless too and was done so they didn't have to make two engines. shoot.. lol, could've just turbo'd the VQ35HR and called it a day nissan... tsk tsk would've saved millions in engineering a VVEL system that even the nissan doesn't know how to explain. =P.. I mean there's a reason why VVEL will NEVER come to the GT-R... never! lol

and like i've mentioned before... I don't know who is designing these wheels/rims... but GET THERE FASTER!: split 5-spoke?, wishbone?, web feet?, wolverine claws? WHAT ARE YOU GOING FOR.

I am confused about the smoke headlights. So it's not part of the sport pkg? You have to paid extra for it even if you have the sport pkg?

The confusion is due to the pictures infiniti released with the black headlights, you cannot actually get those. If you look at the pictures the sports does have smoked headlights compared to the non-sport but it is nothing like we were expecting. The black chrome sport headlights are just a bit darker than the normal ones and hard to tell if you dont see them side by side.

I believe that the FX35 still uses the 3.5HR engine.
