Does the red S stand for "snob"??
So that's why you've spent a billion times more than the S guys did in the first place trying to make yours just like an S? You could have bought another G378 with what you've put into yours trying to make it look like an S.
Hey, mindonmatter, I'm 81 years old, never drove an automatic till I was 68, drove Passats before I got my g37S, bought for performance not luxury, and will use it to the max.j
Should have spoken to that 70s lady; might have gotten a surprise.

At your age, 70 is almost like jailbait for you.

You're one in a million.
My G37S Sedan's tail is clean... no emblems at all... most drivers on this forum wrench our cars and add aftermarket parts regardless if we bought a non-S or S. So IMO it doesn't matter, we are all G drivers!
To the OP: I seriously wouldn't worry about it at all. I got a G37x Coupe. Why the AWD instead of an S? I like the AWD and we do get enough snow in the winter, rain in the spring & fall here where having that will be good, I'm going to drive my car all year long and not garage it. And I got a coupe since if I have my choice I prefer that to a sedan.
BUT..all that means to me is I got the car I wanted. If someone pulled up next to me in a G37 Sedan, no "s", no "x" I'd still call that person part of the "G car" club. They got what they wanted for whatever reason(s), their wants and needs are different from mine..which is good. Would be pretty boring if everyone's perfect car was the same, no?
