The best the dealer I am working with will do is $300 below invoice. I have been working with them since Friday and the only other thing they have agreed to do is to install the body colored splash guards and throw in the trunk cargo net.

I've searched around within a 100 miles or so and only found 1 other Sedan with Sport/Nav/Premium. I think this also has something to do with the dealer not reducing the price any further. They have MANY Journeys with premium, so I'm sure they would do better on one of those.
See 2009 Infiniti G37 incentives, auto rebates, dealer incentives at Edmunds This is public knowledge - see the "Manufacturer to Dealer" part at the bottom of the page. I am in the chicago area, and I bought last saturday for invoice - 2500 + 300 or so. Only reason the dealer wouldn't budge is that he is the only game in town and has no competition. Edmund's chat boards are filled with folks in CA getting invoice - 2500 - some more.

I bought it! Here are the final numbers...

I am now an owner of a 2009 Moonlight White G37 Sedan with Sport, Premimum and Nav! Nice car!

This is my first new car and though I will miss my Corvette I believe I made the right decision. The main reason for moving to a sedan is I will be a proud new father in a couple of months! The G is a MUCH safer car!

Okay, so I was able to squeak out a little more $. Final number out the door (down from $25,000) is $24,290 and they will install splash guards. I see that these are a $150 add from the factory but the dealer insists it cost them more than that. They quoted me $384 to install them. So, if I 'believe' that number then my final out the door is $23,906.

I'm happy.

Thanks everyone!

To add to my happiness I just ordered an Escort 8500 with blue lighting and will buy a Blendmount soon! I've tried calling them several times but haven't been able to get a human yet.
