FINALLY, about to get my G....

Okay well I've been a member here for quite a while, with no G. After a lot of back and forth, then waiting, now I'm about to actually pull the trigger and make it final. Here's what I'm planning on getting:

2009 G37 - Blue Slate - Prem/Sport/Nav/front lip.

In April they agreed to $39k, out the door(includes TT&L). I'm thinking now I should be able to get a little better deal, correct? Does anyone think that $38k(out the door) is unreasonable to expect? Maybe $37k? I have my own financing. Not sure if that helps or hurts?

Thanks,
Chris

If you're gonna make it a deal, it going to be now at the end of the month. You always get a better deal with cars that are on the lot, not ones that they have to order to get from another dealer, so if you really want a deal you may need to sacrafice on something.

Good luck! Post pics when you get it!

Thanks, those are good points.

Do you(or anyone) know if the $2500 cash incentive is still available? I'm not seeing anything about it on Infiniti's website.

If I'm not mistaken, I think they are. Believe me, they're easily willing to cut 2500 or 3000 for the 09's right now. November's rolling through. And it's the end of the month where they have to meet their quota. Ask the dealer 37000. Doesn't hurt to ask. But more along the lines of demand it, say that they'll get an instant deal if given that price. But be advised, the price out the door is something your willing to accept, but not the APR. so be careful what their APR rate is at. you could easily buy it for 35000, and have them rape you with APR at 10%

James,
Thanks for the reply. As far as the APR, I have my own financing so I don't have to worry about that. I'll try to get it done before the end of the month. Thanks again.

one week ago i drove out an Infiniti dealer with a G37x with Premium and Nav pkgs.

the MSRP was $41,380.

OTD w/TTL it was $22,150 plus my trade-in which was valued at $15,500. Before taxes and fees i was getting approximately $6,000 below MSRP.

i financed at 3.7% for 5 years which included all taxes and fees.

i plan to pay it off in 15-18 months.

they also threw in 40% off the Infiniti Elite 2 maintenance plan for 39mths/48K miles. i also got 2 free oil changes.

they also have free valet service to come pick up my car ( an hour away) and leave a loaner and then come back with my car.

It was the best deal in 250 miles.

Thanks for the replies. Well I finally made a deal last night. I got exactly what I wanted(rwd/blue slate/graphite/sport/prem/nav); it was the only car left in TX with this configuration. I ended up paying a total of $38k, out the door. That included 4 years dent repair. I could have got it for a little less probably, but I think I did okay. They are having it shipped in from another dealer, and I'm supposed to be able to pick it up monday or tuesday. The wait is going to kill me! Pics will follow in a couple of days........
