Hello!

Hello all!

After 15 years in Nissan Maxima's, I just took delivery of a G37x and it's quite an upgrade. Very pleased. The AWD is going to come in handy in Upstate NY this winter!

I was surprised to run across this forum. Hopefully, I can contribute.

Welcome, I upgraded from an '01 Maxima back in June and wonder why I didn't do it sooner.

I love you two! I couldn't part with my '97 when I upgraded and still use it as a workhorse to haul things. Even clayed and waxed it last weekend...she still looks great!

Had a 93 Maxima GXE (bought in 98), then an 06 Altima SE-R 6sp, now a 09 G37xS.

Where in Upstate are you?
I'm in Buffalo.

Congrats on the new ride! I had a Maxima too (I think it was a 1998). I sold it to a buddy of mine in NYC and he still has it. I saw it last month & it still looks great!

Currently have my 4th Maxima, a 2004 SE that's pretty heavily modded. First time I've been infected by the mod bug. Love it... but after this car, I think I'm done with "Nissan"... A G37 would definitely be a nice upgrade. I had an x loaner last week and loved it.

(Yes, I know Nissan and Infiniti are the same company! lol)
