Actual 1/4 times...

I was wondering what kind of 1/4 times drivers were getting with their g37 sedans. I know one of the car mags recored a time of 13.5 seconds. I was wondering if that was a fluke, or have members matched that time with stock cars?

P.S.
I don't want to start a debate about 1/4 mile times are not accurate gauges, or what does it matter since the cars are not built for that. I am just curious...has anyone duplicated or beaten that time?

Mid 13s to low 14s is what I keep seeing on a totally stock G on stock tires

Times vary greatly by track, weather and each particular car. People have run mid 13s with stock automatic G35 sedans while other people have run low 14s with manual g37 sedans and coupes so there is no difinitive answer. It seems 13s are at the very least doable for some people. I would not trust the magazine times too much. Also the consensus is that boltons look and sound great, but do very little for 1/4 mile performance on our cars.

Someone claimed a 12.9 bone stock with drag radials.

I made one very poor run and got a 14.4. Easily in the high 13's with a better run.

'08 G35S - I ran two 13.7xxx according to a G-Timer with around 5.4s 0-60, so I'd say that's pretty accurate.

You should be able to trap between 99.5 and 105 depending on the particular car and track elevation/conditions.

That's a pretty good trap. I used to run at Sac Raceway when I lived out there. I was gonna ask what the temps that day were but I am assuming low from the Nov date of the time slip.
