Chin and rear spoiler install

Just got my G37xS sedan and ordered a chin spoiler, rear spoiler, and splash guards. They will be hear Friday. The dealer wants $220 to install chin spoiler, $220 for rear spoiler, and $120 to install splash guards. Seems extremely expensive. Any recommendations on DIY or finding someone else to isntall? Thanks for all your help. GF

I think the splash guard are easy to install, they just screw into the wheel wells; you may have to remove the wheels to install them.

Find a local body shop to install the front and back spoilers.

I just installed my front chin spoiler last week. It is pretty easy, just read through the instructions that come with it. In addition to normal tools, drill, bits, screw drive, you will need a 1 inch hole bit, like the type you use to install a door **** in a house. The one inch holes are for the clips.
As for the rear spoiler I have not installed one yet, but plan to soon.

My dealer quoted 210 for BOTH the front and rear spoiler install. I also showed up with the midnight black grille and they charaged 280ish with tax. Fair price.

Your dealer is screwing you. The spoiler should have set work time from infiniti....bet its like an hour or two.

Chin and splash guards should be Do It Yourself jobs... Rear spoiler you may want to have someone do. Have a local body shop do it.

Thanks guys. I'm going to call a few body shops tomorrow. That's the problem with only having one Infiniti dealer nearby. The always jack the prices up.

with things like this I prefer to let the dealer install it..... that way its covered by their warranty and if anything happens to it they will be responsible.... thats just me though.
