The 2007 G35 Sedan was offered in IP/Graphite.

08/09 are not offered with white/black, and neither will the 2010 AFAIK.

So, they the !%#*&$^@( does Europe get to get a MW/Graphite?

It doesn't really make sense. It's just an awesome combo and people want it. It wouldn't take any extra effort or expense for Infiniti to offer this.
