Sedan/ Coupe parts interchangable?

Well it was inevitable, as soon as I take the plunge and get a great 2door GT, mod it how I want it and sit in to enjoy it for a while, things change.

Between the economy and a new addition to the family on the way, it looks like I will be making a move to 4drs at the end of the year. I can only hope the economy turns around enough for me to trade my 08 G37s Coupe for a comparible G37 sedan and don't end up with an Altima or worse a Sentra...ugh!!!

Seriously, has any one read if parts like the Stillen sway bars, long (Gen II) intake, Mid-pipe, Stillen Exhaust and other parts are interchangable between the coupe and sedan? Assuming I can keep an Infiniti in my garage, I'd love to be able to migrate my parts to a new car.

Also, does the sedan use the same spare as the couple? I have a spare tire well subwoofer I'd love to use as well.
