Difference b/w G35 Sedan an G37 Sedan?

I know the major differences are the increased HP and toruqe. Any other major differences? Is the navigation screen a "touch-screen" or the manual button navigation like the G35?? I heard that there is a capacity in the screen where I can store files/songs? Any detailed description? thanx

the increased hp/torque is resulted from a bigger displacement engine, a 3.5 to 3.7 liter =]

7 speed auto vs 5 speed auto is one of the huge differences

Yeah, the 37 has the touch screen nav. If you get the premium package it comes with a 9.3GB hard drive that you can store songs on instead of the typical CD changer.

Here are the main differences - I have an 08 G35S.

1. 3.5 vs 3.7. But the added weight makes almost no difference in performance.

2. 7Speed auto tranny...again, added gears but almost no difference in performance or mpg.

3. Seat heaters are not switches, they're turn *****.

4. Door handles inside are a single piece with the lock integrated.

5. New wheels.

6. Auto lock is an option when going 5mph or above.

7. Nav has been and is touchscreen, with voice recognition - with iPod integration (which is amazing), slot for flash disc, 9 gig hard drive, 6 disc in rear, single up front, Satellite, etc. Only with Nav package tho.

Hope that helps.

Silly Questions:
1. Can i know the aprox range of travel from based on the fuel availabe?
2. Button to Switch Traction Off/On?
3. Approx Range of travel if the Fuel load Is MAX?
4. Digital Clock or did they stick with the analogue?
5. 0-60 time?

I own the 2009 Sedan Journey, and I’ve been driving 2008 G35 Sedan for about 4 days now. I can tell you from my experience that 3.7 engine and 7AT makes noticeable difference.

1. 7AT shifts faster, and smoother.
2. 3.7 engine and the new ECU program makes improved power overall.

Check out this link: motortrend test data 09 G37S sedan

Ps: Hmmm... My 2009 sedan doesn't come with 6 disc in rear.

I believe that G's with the Navi Package have their CD changers in the back as theirs was replaced by the 9.3GB compact flash slot. I have the premium package only and have the CD changer in dash

You can do both. For instance if you have a few favorite CD's that you ALWAYS want with you when you drive, you can rip them (recording automatically starts when you play a CD) to the 9.3GB hard drive that way you don't have to carry the CD's (and they'll still be there if you forget your iPod that day.) OR, you can just use the iPod integration feature like an iPod (just don't expect Cover Flow....but damn, that would be sweet). Hope this clears up your question.

It has been well documented that the G37 Sedan has acheived better numbers 0-60 and the 1/4 mile than the G35 Sedan. Although not a staggering difference the number sshow that it would noticeable if the two went head to head.
