6'1" was a reference point. I'm 6'3" and felt rather boxed in. To each his/her own; both cars are great.

Fair enough LOL. Yeah I'm sure being 6'3" made a big difference. Oh yeah, BTW, nice choice of color. PG FTW!!

Even though it's the same mag, you cant really conclude much from that unlesss you comapred the two head to head with the same conditions.

With that said the fastest acheived times that I have seen for any G thus far have been equal for both an '09 coupe and a '09 sedan.

It really appears that both cars would be a drivers race.

Thanks for all the feedback. So what is the best price you guys have seen for 09 coupe journey, sport, prem, and navi? The navi maybe an option cuz that might put me over the budget.

Kids?

When I went to purchase mine my daughters both said get the coupe. They both jumped in the back seats and said we will fit cause it looks so much better. I love them !!!

As long as you are not much taller than 5'8" the back seats are fine. Fortunately they are both 5'7"

Reall they are both great looking vehicles and you can't go wrong with either. Love it !!!!!!!!

The G Coupe always has better resale value.

Because he owns a coupe

If I didn't need a back seat I'd much rather have the 370z, I very much need the back seat though so it's been a sedan FTW

Gotta get the coupe, if for no other reason than it looks like sex on wheels! At the risk of offending sedan owners, I'd have to say that there are other 4-door cars that I'd get before a G37 sedan, so a G37 for me has to be a coupe or nothing at all...

I don't know if he's right, but I will say that there are way more sedans than coupes on the used car market. Maybe the greater supply equates to lower values?

I went Sedan even though we dont have any kids. The cars are about equal all things considered. The Sedan gives you more options down the road. Both look great. Go with your gut and enjoy. Win/Win in this case.
