Seriously Infiniti really is keeping a tight grab on these future cars...notice how nobody really has a clear fact. Must be something good to come

 

let's just say they have a convertible on the way, a new Q-series ultra luxurious sedan, and of course a few more crossovers, maybe some more SUV's and an exotic vehicle of course.

 

are these just speculations (like most posts here)? Or do you have facts to back it up? Sounds interesting

 

Well, gee, did you read his location? Sounds like inside information to me.

 

Comparing the '05 G35 coupe to the concept coupe for functionality is useless. One is a production version while the other is a concept. Naturally the '05 would be more functional. A better comparison would be a first generation g35 concept coupe vs. the second generation concept coupe but there was no first generation concept to compare. You might even take a look at the similarities between the fuga and the concept coupe, then look at the current M45 and it may give you an idea of what is realistic for the 08' G35.

The main part of the concept coupe I'm looking at for functionality is the center counsel and dash board. The surrounding areas (door handles, door pockets, window switches) dont matter IMHO. It's just some switches and a couple of pockets. The dash and steering wheel already look ready for production and it already has vents. The center counsel will be the most difficult to translate to production while keeping it just as attractive as the concept coupe interior.

 

WOW yea dude wait! Its hard to believe that the interior will be exactly that way but if it is then HOLIE SHNIKIES!

im a salesman at infiniti. the 07 is the same exact thing as the 06. 2008 model be out in 2008

 

No groundbreaking info here, but I just thought I'd share a conversation I just had with an Infiniti sales rep...

Now I realize the Infiniti sales guys never really know as much as we'd like them to, BUT he said that about 95% of the new coupe's exterior will be the same as what we've seen on the concept. For me, this is GREAT news!

Also (and I know this has been discussed in another thread), he said the interior will mirror what we've seen on the new '07 sedan, not the concept pics...no real surprise there.
