2008 g37 transmission

Hey so i have a 08 g37 coupe and my tranny recently pooped itself so i ordered one off ebah says its for my car but I didnt see it said sedan got here and the tailend where the driveshafts goes into seems to be different and longer put my driveshaft on and it had a lot for pressure on it. Did i mess up buying a sedan one ? I did research and the drivetrain supposed to be the same please help dont want to buy another one ship this one back. Did they send me the wrong tranny?? Is it the same ? Can i just have someone modify my

driveshaft and ill be fine please help?

My best guess with such limited information, is that you got a 7 speed instead of the 5 you needed.
Or pehaps A 5 speed with an AWD tail?
Flex plate bolted right up?

yes the flex play bolted right up its hard to put drive shaft it i lowered rear dif and put it in and it was super tight
