I'm thinking of lowering my car but, I'm afraid of scraping the underbody of my car. I live in Socal and roads aren't too friendly for lowered cars.

 

Get some coilovers and start at certain ride height. Drive for awhile on that ride height and adjust as needed. My car could go lower but I have to worry about scraping my Motordyne exhaust more. My V band clamps scrape on big dips at high speeds. but I don't daily it.
