Steering wheel rattle

Recently I had a reliable company install a aftermarket steering wheel on my g37 coupe. It’s a carbon fiber steering wheel and a few days after I started hearing a horrible noise when driving and even sitting at idle. I took it to the dealership and they told me to put some sort of Felt around the airbag which I did and it still didn’t fix it. Any suggestions would be amazing and here’s a video attached below.

It is hard to discern where the "noise" is coming from. Does the rattle come from the steering wheel, the plastic shroud/trim pieces, or the airbag module? Or perhaps is the noise from outside the car? A few items:

1) Does the wheel itself feel solid on the column?

2) Is the airbag module secure or is there any free movement of the module within the steering wheel?
3) Are the plastic shroud pieces secure?

Steering wheel swaps are relatively easy and there really is not any significant source for a rattle to occur. Again, it is hard to pinpoint the noise from the video (at least for me). Perhaps others will have other ideas/suggestions.

However, being you had this wheel professionally installed "by a reliable company," why not go back to them and have everything looked over just in case? It is possible a screw wasn't tightened properly or one of the springs became dislodged. The dealer won't help here at all.
