So I finally installed my beautiful powder coated akebono calipers and have been hearing a noise like a rock stuck in my tire and it turns out it’s my wheel weights rubbing on my front calipers 👍🏻👍🏻 I’ll post pictures tomorrow when I get a better look at it but I’m pretty bummed.

 

Base model 18” rims FYI. So if you do the swap look out for that.

 

Yeah the wheel clearance issue was brought up countless times with the big brake swap. Even my stock 19's won't clear them, though mine is more of an offset issue. These calipers are ****ing huge.
