Failure to start issues

Recently replaced my engine because one of my rod bearings decided to give up on life, before it would still crank but after replacing the engine it won’t at all. I was wondering what possible issues the internet could help me identify.

it’s a 2010 g37s mt

Currently when I read the codes I don’t have any except for the airbag because the front sensor is off right now

I can’t program any keys, it gives a “Failure to connect” message on my programmer. bought a spare key and wanted to program it while trying to figure stuff out

I had u1000 codes through almost all the modules but after checking my harness again and making sure everything was plugged in all the u1000’s disappeared

When I try to start it you can hear the fuel pump turn on, but there’s no crank. The dash turns on and Interior functions but there’s nothing else

Also when installing the new engine I installed a new starter

If you have any recommendations on what I should test please send them my way 🙏
