Fitment issues with Brakes

I have a 2013 G37 Coupe S with the Akebono Calipers (Basically the Big brakes) and I got wheels for the car, the front ones are 19x9.5 with a +22 offset, so basically the wheels can't fit on the car bc it touches the caliper (FRONT ONLY) . I have some 5mm hub-centric wheels spacers coming in, will I need extended studs? Or can I be fine with the hub-centric spacers. Here is the attached link for spacers i have bought

Not required until 10mm (got from Z1's site). I have 5mm all around on my Vossens but they cleared without them.

I've always read where you don't want to compromise the threads any more than 5mm. If that's a fair rule of thumb, then you're good to go.

I use 3mm spacers on my front wheels in the summer with my Vossons. Partly because there's only a 1mm gap between the wheel and the caliper, but also to poke it an extra 3mm so it looks more balanced with my rears.
