2014 Q60s p0300-p0171-p0174

Hello guys I’m relatively new to The forums. I have searched through here and couldn’t find an exact answer of what my issue could be just one if you guys could help me out . I have a 2014 Infiniti Q 60s with approximately 24,000 miles on it. I have a full motordyne cat back exhaust. I have motordyne HFCs and at the time of the incident Stillen Gen 3. The other day I was driving my vehicle and it was driving normal. I turned it off for about 20 minutes went into the store came back out and noticed that the vehicle started idling rough. It felt like it wanted to turn off. So I pretty much had to drive home slow I tried to accelerate and it didn’t wanna really accelerate at all. I received a check engine light on my dash. P0300, P0171,& P0174. I would think the P0300 misfire was caused by the other 2 codes. The other 2 codes came up as lean codes bank1 & bank 2. I remember a while back the car was throwing these codes due to my cold air intake. I went back checked my work to see if there was any leaks. There was nothing. I recently remove the Stillen GEN 3 thinking that it will solve my problems. The car ran fine for the first 20 minutes then I noticed when I would turn it off and turn it back on and it would idle rough again. I took it to my mechanic and he said he turned the car on warmed it up it didn’t act up for him. And then he went to lunch tried to move the car and that’s when it started acting up. He said it sounded like it could’ve been an ignition coil going out or possibly a spark plug but the car only has 24,000 miles on it. So I ended up taking it back home and had had a parked for about two days since the holiday. Fast forward till today the car feels like it’s driving normal. He recommends me drive it until the check engine light comes back and then possibly take it to the dealer since I am still under warranty. I know this is kind of long any ideas what it could be? Your input would be greatly appreciated..
