You’ll replace the original washer fluid reservoir (which is chunkier) with the new (slimmer) washer fliud reservoir. It’s pretty simple, you just have to buy the new reservoir.

okay now i understand but my question is can i just take it off because i honestly dont even use the Washer at all because my reservoir melted one day because i installed a ballast well someone else installed it and it melted my reservoir ever since than i never used it but i might just install a new one just incase

 

Yes, technically you can just go with not having a reservoir at all, and the new bumper would fit just fine.
