Rear Bumper bracket - IPL bumper question

So Ive been debating on getting the IPL/aero rear bumper. I’m lowered to the point where I had to shave down the rear bumper brackets on both sides near the wheel well so I wouldn’t rub. Currently, the end of the bumper where the rear quarter panels meet are not flush and I do notice some slight rattling. Contributed partially to non stock exhaust vibrations.

Now I’m wondering, if I were to get the IPL rear, i think it would be best to Dremel the bumper bracket before installing it. Has anyone been able to make it sit flush with no movement or vibrations? I’ve tried double sided tape but didn’t work well. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions or similar experiences. Thanks!

Ive had to do this on my old Lexus IS250 when I was slammed. Shaved off the bumper tab completely and used a self tapping screw to "relocate" the support that the bumper tab was giving. Not sure if this will work on the rear of the G, mine was never slammed that low. Hope this helps.
