Flush Fitment and Fat Tire Recommendations

I've got a stock suspension G37s 6mt coupe, and am looking to buy my first set of wheels and tires. I am looking for the best performance and as close to flush as possible without having to do any fender mods. I am looking to lower slightly (less than or about an inch) in the next year or so on cloilovers. I was planning on getting some ESR RF2 19/9.5+22 with 255/40/19 and 19/10.5+22 with 275/35/19 and from what I have seen that should fit without any fender mods at stock height and slightly lowered. Are these the best offsets for my goals? The wheels also come in 9.5+35 and 10.5+30. Would either of these offsets allow me to run wider tires, or to be more flush? Whats ideal size for a 9.5 or 10.5 tire? Do I need any wider tires? Car makes 313 whp so not much more than stock.

There is also someone near me selling some F14s in 19/9.5+30 and 19/11+30 which he says will fit on my coupe. The wheels look great, however I would be worried about rubbing and the size of tires I can run, I'm not a big fan of stretching tires. The tires on them are 245 and 275/35 on 90% continental dw extreme contact, and hes asking $2500. Thanks for any help!

Your car makes a lot more than stock lol. Stock puts down around 260-280-whp, depending on the car and dyno. I hit up Vossen to get the right fitment.

At best when new, that's $1000 in tires and $1400 in wheels. Then there's sensors, mounting and balancing. $2500 doesn't seem like much of a bargain for that setup. Sounds more like someone trying to recoup 100% of their costs. If it's a friend, then pop them on to assess things. Otherwise, nah.

11" rear wheels? Probably not. At least, not without some serious negative camber that will rip up the inner edge in no time, as well as some personal compromise in fitment for what could end up looking rather clownish. Not to dissuade you too strongly... just saying, if you're coming at this project as a daily driver, you might want to dial back a little.

And like jpowersjr2 just said, if you've dyno'd 313 whp in your Coupe, that's awesome. Much more than stock.

Diego hasn't been active on the forum for years. He's moved on to a number of cars since his G. I believe he's driving a modified GT-R these days.

But he's still with Vossen. Give him a shout... great guy. Very helpful.

Rochester, Good point about the wheels, I'll steer clear of them. It is my daily so I'm trying not to do any mods, and I definitely don't want to look clownish lol. I'm also trying to minimize poke, so I'm trying to figure out if I should go a little higher offset, I'm just worried about clearing the sport brakes and rubbing.

Email or IG is the best way. His GT-R is beautiful. He helped me with my wheels.

9.5+22 and 10.5+22 will poke out just a tad from the fenders

9.5+25 and 10.5+32 is what I went with and it's near perfect to me, no poke or sink.

But I did have to shave the rear fender brackets off

Got it, I may run the +35 in the front with a 5 mm spacer, and +30 in the rear. How low are you, and what size tires in the rear? I'm trying to avoid trimming if possible, but I suppose I can do it if its not too hard.

245/40/19 in the fronts and 275/35/19 in the rears. I'm 1 finger gap in the front and almost 2 in the rear though I want to lower that to 1 finger gap as well. But even at my current height, I needed to trim the bracket. I may have cut too much though and didn't put on enough protection as I'm starting to see rust so be careful for that

Forgot to mention my Vossen VFS1 setup:
Front: 20x9 +32 with 245/35/20
Rear: 20x10.5 +45 with 285/30/20

5mm spacers all around, lowered on Tein Basis. Pretty happy with the fitment.

Thanks everyone for all the help. Ended up going with ESR RF2 19/9.5+35 with Hankook Ventus v12 evo 2 255/40/19 and 19/10.5+30 with 275/35/19. Clears sport brakes in the front by a mill or two.

+1 lower it!

Looks good. I'm jealous of the bronze. Currently running black wheels and it's so annoying to clean lol. I just replaced my 245 tires this summer but I think I'm gonna run 255 like you next time for that extra grip...looks nicer and beefier too.
