So with the seat folded down, you think it would fit? It's probably closer to 4ft something.

I too think that a potted plant would really bring the interior together....

But yeah....green end first should probably fit

I'd rent a pickup from Home Depot for $19.99 just to avoid having dirt spilled all over the interior

not sure about fitting but you could throw a sheet around it from top and tie it to the pot to minimize dirt.

I would probably not fold down the rear seats, rather put the passenger seat all the way forward and put the plant behind the rear seat. Then back the passenger seat up to secure your plant. Be careful with your headliner, easy to stain but hard to clean.

Try folding the rear seats and laying it in the trunk. Put the pot in a large garbage bag or two and secure it tightly so dirt doesn't spill. You can even use some kind of stuffing material to help pack the dirt so it doesn't move around much.

I've done this before in a sedan, the plant was about 5ft. It can be done, with the seat folded down of course.

It's a Dr Seuss tree! "Ponytail palm". Hard to find and very expensive if you buy it at a Nursery. I found some on Craigslist and need to pick it up. 1hr trip....

Front seat all the way to the rear. Sun roof open. Feed top in through sunroof, setting on the floor in front of passenger seat at an angle.
