Yes, same SKU # on their website. No visible difference. Worst case, you may not be able to use the stock cats brace.

they guys said it's came off from a 370z. I guess they should fit since G37 and 370z share the same engine VQ37VHR right...???

Yes HR ART Pipes fit all rwd HR and VHR applications
