saw a local ads on Craigslist and the guys told me that he took it off from his G35, Are there any difference between G35 ver and G37 ver? DE / HR?? or they are the same thing?

The difference is HR to DE in header flange.

Those look to be DE and wont fit the HR which is what the 350z HR g37 and 370z have.
