When am sitting idle with foot off the clutch I get this rattling noise and when I push in on the clutch it goes away. Already had a clutch job done with new throw out bearing and its still there. Also does it while holding power windows down while their already done! Any ideas????

 

It's your throw out bearing time for a new clutch

 

I just replaced the clutch with new bearings and new clutch master cylinder.
