Opinions on Top Speed test pipes

I was looking into some test pipes for my 09 G37s Coupe. I was checking these out, NISSAN 350Z Z33 VQ35HR 3.5L / 370Z Z34 VQ37VJR 3.7L / INFINITI G37 COUPE & SEDAN VQ37VHR 3.7L / FX37 VQ37VHR 3.7L / Q40 Q50 Q60 Bolt-on Cats Test Pipes (Non-Resonator) - Top Speed Pro 1 Performance but I wanted some opinions on them first. I wanted to buy either those or these, NISSAN 350Z Z33 VQ35HR 3.5L / 370Z Z34 VQ37VJR 3.7L / INFINITI G37 COUPE & SEDAN VQ37VHR 3.7L / FX37 VQ37VHR 3.7L / Q40 Q50 Q60 Resonated Test Pipes - Top Speed Pro 1 Performance Which is better or is there a better company I should look into?

Resonated should sound better but you'll probably need some O2 port extenders/elbows, to keep from throwing CEL codes.

Those will be great, test pipes are test pipes man, they are all the same. No need to pay top dollar for a simple pipe. The brand punks will gladly argue that but they're very simply wrong. That being said, absolutely get resonated pipes. Unless you like terrible sounds and negative attention from other drivers and cops..

Well my goal is loud. What do you mean by terrible sounds?

Non-resonated will introduce rasp, and that's rarely a good thing. Resonated my still have a small bit of it but not nearly as "terrible"

Yeah it all depends, terrible to me may totally be ideal for someone else. Sounds are selective and everyone has their own opinion. If you simply want loud, remove all the resonators and mufflers and you'll have it lol. I wanted the deepest possible VQ purr without ANY rasp but even with all the resonators in place, since I don't have cats, it still rasps. I'm fairly certain if the cats are removed you'll get a bit of rasp at some point in the RPM range. Again, toe may toe, toe mah toe.
