Making the shifter area quiter? ( HELP)

I got a light weight flywheel installed. And I have all that chatter noise and transmission noise coming from the shifter in the car and its so loud and annoying. Any ideas on how to add sound detoning material? Or a cheap fix. My one mechanic didn't put back the OEM sound detoning stuff in the shifter. So.
P. S. I have the transmission tunnel dynamatted but it only helped on the outside of the car not inside..

Guess you could go crazy with dynamat but that's trade off for having lighter flywheel there is nothing there to absorb the vibrations you might want to make sure your throw out bearing isn't defective I've had many cars with lightened flywheels with little to no chatter

The only thing that bothers me really is this squeaking noise coming from the Trans. Only when I'm driving in or out of gear. It's a consistent noise similar pattern to the chatter. Stops when I come to a complete stop. And it's annoying and very noticeable.
