New coupe..

Hello everyone , been on the site since 2011 when I got my G25 (yeah I know). Well I'm back better than ever. Proud owner of 2013 IPL with 33k miles. Been wanting one since I bought the G. Good things come to those who wait. I'm excited to start modding her (drop, wheels, intake,).

Heres pics of my G25 and IPL.

Lookin good! I like the sedan too! I just got one myself, check it out. You know you can just keep the IPL stock (with some wheel spacers), and it'll get a lot of attention.

I was thinking of riding stock for a while. What size spacer you recommend?

Search. Measure how big the gap is. I'd guess something like 15-20mm.

Beautiful! Congrats on the awesome upgrade! Is the ipl a 7at or 6mt? Either way it's beautiful and I'm looking forward to seeing your progress with it!

20mm all around. I run a 20mm front, 25mm rear and it took me a while to get used to the rears. You'll need to trim the rear fender liners if you run 25mm spacers in the rear. It's a simple, 10 minute job to trim them. The spacers really make the car. You'll obviously want to lower it a bit.

Heck yea they are. Just stock even. Actually I prefer IPL's to stay stock. Too bad can't afford one yet. Hopefully there are some for sale when I finally get the money to buy one. I'll be looking for a stock one of course.

One more vote for staying stock. IPL is a unique car, and in my opinion, should stay visually stock, except for spacers, coilovers, wrap, and wheels (if you have to). As far as power bolt-ons, exhaust is good as is, intakes create more issues than benefit, so what else is there...

IPL's have the BEST stock wheels, would never change them out, if I were to buy an IPL and the wheels were changed out, it would be a deal breaker for me.

Just an FYI, I'm installing new wheels/tires tomorrow and won't be using my spacers with them as the new wheels are wider. Just shoot me a PM if you're interested in them otherwise I'll post them in the classifieds. They're B2 designs and are light/very high quality. They're hub centric and the centric part is flat all the way to the base (no bevel) meaning if you ever run different rims, and need a center bore adapter ring, it'll sit flush. Just a head's up.
