Hi Edwin,

Welcome to the forums.
Take a look at our classifieds. I've seen a few stock mufflers for sale in that section.
I hope all goes well with your search and with your court date.

Welcome Edwin, sorry to hear you got off to a rough start, so when you said muffler delete, you really just threw it away?? Once you get 10 posts and wait a couple days you can post a WTB (Want to Buy) ad in the classifieds. Might also look into an axle back setup like those from TopSpeed, they don't cost much and look pretty good back there.

Yeah I've got my stock sport muffler if you're willing to pay for the shipping. But yeah, may be a bit more efficient to just grab some Top Speed mufflers, they look great, sound great and are pretty cheap. PM me if you'd like to stick with the OEM one's though.

Thanks guys, I'll definitely look into those things i just need mufflers there so they dont fine or impound my car so i will think about an axleback! Thing is bc initially i wanted to straight pipe muffler and resonators i would end up taking the muffler back off after court date but anyone know how that sounds in person? Only heard it on YT. Anyways i appreciate the info! @Kris9884 @blnewt @KAHBOOM

I removed my mufflers for all of 1 day, it was obnoxious and untuned sounding. I put them back on until I ordered the Top Speed mufflers. They had an amazing tone, I highly recommend having SOME kind of muffler, it keeps that VQ purr that everyone loves.

And don't get me wrong, I'm now running test pipes to a Y pipe and Top Speed mufflers and this is still not as loud as it was without the mufflers. Just trust me, you'll get far more bad looks without them than you will with mufflers.

Like Kris said, if you want more volume the TopSpeed combined w/ resonated test pipes is a good combo and will add some hp gain. The raw fuel smell of test pipes can be strong though. I have that combo on my sedan and have been very happy with it.

Sounds good i know the resonated test pipe would be a nice combo to the mufflers, i had also thought about straight piping the res bc i like a little bit of a raspy sound but not too much either but no doubt that the test pipe is an option

If you plan to remove the rear resonators I'd do that AFTER the resonated test pipes. I think you'll find the RTP's are sufficient enough for your sound thirst. But, if its still not to par you can remove them later or better yet, get the Megan resonated mid-pipe, those are slick!
