2011 coupe. Bought the car used and just noticed that the donut has some tools inside. It looks like there might be something missing? Or maybe that space is supposed to be empty. Anyone know?

 

I just checked my car and it's the same I don't think you are missing anything.

 

dead hooker disposal bag is missing.

 

I believe you are missing the Emergency kit (bag containing bandages, eye washes, etc).

 

After eight years, the tray in my '08 hasn't changed and it looks just like your photo. The 'First-Aid' kit is smaller than the case that hold the owner manuals, but like that case, should be held by velcro strips on one of the trunk walls.
