I'm thinking of switching to the G37S Spoiler but I'm not sure how to do that (newbie here lol). And if it is doable, how do i take out the brake light from inside the car so that the spoiler light illuminates instead?

The chrome finisher is not a spoiler. To install the OEM spoiler you would have to remove that, drill some extra holes into the trunk and attach the spoiler by bolts and double sided tape. The brake light on the parcel shelf disconnects and you connect the brake light on the spoiler instead(you can actually run both but that's super weird)
The OEM spoiler comes with very detailed instructions and a template.

Ah I see, I was looking at
http://www.ebay.com/itm/fits-08-13-Infiniti-G37-Coupe-OE-Style-Spoiler-Wing-w-hole/191669926804?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D39008%26meid%3D967fee653b974e8daaedd06e16e8700f%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D391214785940and i'm not sure if it'll come with instructions

Also, I'm planning to paint it gloss black and wrap my car satin black. I guess I should wrap my car before installing the spoiler then?

That's not OEM and it most likely will not come with instructions and not fit perfectly

Damn.. OEM is so expensive... Are there any other spoilers with Camera holes that aren't too expensive you could possibly recommend?

Duck bill trunks are pretty sweet but if the OEM price is too much for ya, don't even look at the bill.

There are lots of posts about spoilers, OEM (not OEM like) vs non-OEM. Most don't end well for the non-OEM. Before someone flames me, I said "most" not "all".

You spend a good deal of $$ on the car, don't cheap out now.

They have OEM spoilers on eBay right now for 200$ pre painted. I just bought one and it came with instructions, templates, and new trunk hydraulics for the weight of the spoiler.
