Greyhound scratched up bumper
Greyhound scratched up bumper
Hey guys just have a question. Got a bumper today and i recieved it wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, when i was at the pickup location i noticed the corners of the rear bumper were sticking out of the packaging and alot of sides the bubblewrap/plastic was ripped and bumper was sticking out. What should i do? Its pretty scratched up but still looks better than my current rear bumper. Should i ask for a partial refund or is there like a claim process with greyhound? Seller said greyhound no longer insures bumpers also.
TLDR: greyhound messed up my bumper should i ask for partial refund or is there a claim process? how much should i ask for a refund if so.

It's up to the seller to package the item appropriately so it survives transit. A partial refund is reasonable. Otherwise, the seller can arrange to take it back and refund all your money.....
How much of a partial refund do you think should i ask for? Its not terrible but its pretty scratched up. Wouldnt I probably have to pay shipping back id have to drop like $100 lol

Given the lack of information, $100 sounds like a good number.
If the item arrived damaged, why do you feel you have to pay return shipping?
Certain things should not be shipped.
