AC line leak

So my high pressure AC line has a leak. Happened because the line was touching my intake tube and the tube got hot enough to make it burst. It costs about $80 online for the part just wanted to see if anyone has replaced this on their G? Also recharge is required I'm assuming?

ya i wouldnt mess with it. hire someone to do it. AC stuff is a pain. i had a c5 corvette that had AC leaks. i though i found them all and still had leaks. a pain in the *** to try and find and replace all the lines. i ended up just taking it to a guy to fix. not really worth your time.

Yeah take it to a pro? Question are you using anything to prevent that in the intake? (Rubber inserts) where intake touches line? Are you talking about Stillen gen 3?
