Thanks guys!!! I understand the dangers of 20% tint. And my interior is light so it might show up a lot lighter if i have 20% all around based on some poking around other car forums. Still thinking to keep redo 30% or do 20%. Anyone have some photos of their G coupe with tan or light interior? I would love to see a photo if it would make any difference while comparing to mine.

Thanks for everyone opinion and yes no need to scold or judge each other we all are part of this community and some people like 20% and some like 30%+ within legal limit. I know some folks with 15% and and front windshield tinted, that may be a bit concerning in night time driving.

Do 20% front windows / 5% rears . I currently have 35% front windshield and I can barely tell a difference from a lighter tint. I can still see at night perfectly fine.

Just notice that OP is also from Mass. I don't know what part of Mass you're from that you don't have to worry about 20% tint. I'm in the Boston, metro Boston area mostly, but I go as far north as Lowell/Burlington/Peabody, as far south as Stoughton/Weymouth/Wrentham, and as west as Worcester/Framingham. I also I can tell you that I see state troopers on the highway in these areas all the time. If you're from one of those areas, I say good luck with your 20% tint. From my experience, it's not worth the risks.

I have 20% on my car and like it. Keep in mind 20% film will actually be darker when it's installed, I measured mine with a meter that the police use and it was a net of 17%. I've been pulled over for speeding and never been hassled over the tint. (knock on wood)

If you go with Ceramic, 20% all around is perfect. Ceramic runs a little lighter.

I currently have 30% front and 20% rear.

Thinking about redoing my front at 20%. Since it too freaking light.
