I'm looking for a '' y pipe back '' system. I wanna keep my Megan racing y pipe but want a resonator and muffler system to pair up with my test pipes. Any recommendations? I just need a full system with resonators and muffler that will sound great with invidia test pipes

 

Being a Megan Y pipe, I would order a Megan 370z midpipe and any axle back of your choice. The full catback systems for our cars are ridiculously over priced anyway.

 

Like Kris mentioned.. either pick up a mid pipe or just pick up a Axle back and get a shop to create a custom mid pipe..

 

When it comes to axle backs I've always like the sound of The Top Speed. Tenabe is another popular choice.

 

Beluga, Top speed are all replicas of Tanabe. My friend has the Top speed with Berk HFC with stock y and mid pipe. It was louder than my ARK CBE alone.. but now ive got the Berk HFC...

 

I can also vouch for test pipes paired with an axle back will be quite loud, test pipes and anything will be loud. Also, I had Tanabe axle backs and traded them plus cash for a Manzo axle back. I can now say first hand Tanabe, Top Speed, Beluga and Manzo look and sound IDENTICAL... Besides the badging, there is no visual or audible difference whatsoever.

 

Interesting. They may be replicas but you'd have to admit there are definitely differences in exhaust note between them.

I'm getting my Fast Intentions RHFC installed next week and getting on the dyno for and ecutek tune. Obviously won't be as loud as you but I'm still psyched.

Berk HFC+ ARK rasp is very minimal rasp? My sense of sound is quite messed up from my ex partying days. But when you get on it... its pure sex

But there is noticeable drone at certain speeds and RPMS, i might be looking to get some 5-6inch resonators welded into my HFC to create my own RHFC.

 

I'm getting invidia gemini cat back. And I have a invidia non resonated test pipes. How will that sound

 

You'll probably get a bit of rasp but will definitely sound sexy overall. Oh I can only imagine very good! Hop on YouTube and search some of these options, there are all kinds of combos on there to listen to!
