For the last three days I've been tackling this. If you are going to install headers, go ahead and drop the cradle and engine onto a jack and lift the car up over the engine to save you the a** pain. I have set all of the bolts on the driver side header and once they're tightened >'m pretty much done. This DIY almost broke me 😂😐

Damn bro i feel for you. I definitely want to do this but am afraid of dropping the engine. Maybe we should put together a diy so i can read lol
can you briefly describe what exactly it was that made it such a pita...
Yes. Little room to work on drivers side, siezed bolts from 100k mile motor, weird angles, etc. I had to hammer the old header on the drivers side out and then use a ratchet strap to pull the new one in because it wouldnt fit properly through the bottom of the engine. Right now im having the grind my steering shaft connectors down because they are hitting the exhaust -_- im almost there though. I turned the car on earlier and it sounds mean. Definitely can tell there is better airflow.
Sanded with 600 to rough up the old paint and knock down some of the chipping, 3 Coats of Gold, the decals from Concept Z Performance, and 3 Coats of Clear..

I did sand the back, tape off the bleeder valve, and tried to get at it the best I could. Probably didnt get 100% perfect coverage on the back. But I got top, bottom, front, and side really well.
