LOL! I got three photos into your album and saw the rod poking through the block and thought that was your "thing".

Congrats.

Gone

Today we’ll technically Saturday. I sold my G37XS. $9000.00! Reason so low the car had/is out fitted with hand controls so I as a paraplegic could drive it. I am the proud new owner of a Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD PRO. but I still get to keep my G until the Tacoma is outfitted with my hand controls and a lift kit. So I’ll have it for another 2-3 weeks but who knows.

Got my sports spoiler wrapped in CF and installed by ExclusiveVinyl in NYC. They decided to do a mini photoshoot of the car as well.

Driving around without the front facia "bumper" feels so ghetto for the G. But I have to test for leaks before I button it up!

I finally got around to mounting and plumbing my trio of coolers!
been collecting parts and fittings for weeks now...

28 row stacked plate (10an) for the engine oil
13 row plate & fin for the trans
And a plain (oversized) tube & fin for the power steering

Both the oil and trans have pulller fans behind them (yet to be wired)

I had already eliminated the coolant lines running to the throttle bodies and oil filter housing...

Mounted off the side behind the journey bumper lower openings.
Only partially in front of the radiator airflow.
They just squeeze in with the fans behind them.
Had to cut and tap the AN10 fittings for 1/4NPt to 3/8 Barb on the trans side
Plumbing was straight forward... Noting that the upper inlet in the radiator is the trans out.
I byassed the radiator completely as I live and drive mostly in SW Florida 😎
Only needed one extra quart of fluid

SkysG37, what are fluid temps now, what are you trying to get to, and what would you do if you got there?

That's quite a thing with the zip ties and the intake filter guard. It's like the poor thing is chained there and being tortured. Perfectly functional, though, keeping it steady I'm sure. Put in new zip ties once a year and call it a day.

Actually left the coolant adapter under the cooler adapter as it made for cleaner runs off the lines.
Both oil and trans coolers run hot side from the middle out.
And you can see the thermostatic switches on the inlet ports

Not pictured are the plastic flaps I put under the aluminum bumper bar to help keep heat away from the air filters without blocking airflow to the radiator

Look, there's still room for an intercooler!

Haven't taken a reading till I get the fans wired.
They both have thermostatic valves too. So I'm not stressed about over cooling
I'm just trying to do all the little things one does AFTER they go forced induction. But BEFORE, so I can smile without worries when I hit the go pedal. Plus it helps to psychologically stretch the budget 🤑

It's mounted with actual brackets to the vertical radiator support as Stillen intended. I just didn't like the way it wiggled around.
You should see my GF!
She's always saying I use too many zipties
