I know debadging is more popular than actually putting new badges on but I couldn’t resist the urge to put the 3.7 fender badges from the 2014 Q60 (G37) on my whip

Kept getting the p1089 code which is for the vvel control shaft position sensor. Voltage should be .500V +/- 48 mV across #3 & #4 at connector E15 and 5V across #3 to ground and #6 to ground at connector F46 which was the case. I replaced the sensor and vvel module but the problem still existed. Using the fsm and my multimeter I went through a series of test and to my surprise found I had no continuity from the module to the sensor for the #2 wire at connector F46. Ran a new wire and everything is resolved.

So, after sending my headlights out to someone last October and never receiving them back, I finally received a set from another retrofitter! I went with jpcustomsllc. I added some diode dynamic 6k bulbs to these and hope the output at night will be alright considering they are the oem replacement depo headlights. I originally had the tinted oemassives before so I bet there should be an improvement. I have a seibon cf c-style trunk enroute soon. The last two things will be my uprev tune towards the end of the month with Z1 then either a lip for my sport bumper or switch to the overly used IPL bumper which looks so damn nice. I've never been one to take photographs but I'm really digging my car even more and don't think my older phone does it justice. I'm a happy camper.

JP does amazing work with headlights.

How's the fit on this carbon hood? Not seeing much of a gap from the photos.

Oh yeah he did a great job I'm very happy with them! It's nice having better light output now compared to the tinted oemassives I had before lol. It looks like JP does crazy tail light builds too.

I'm pretty content with the slight gap there. I think having black obsidian helps so you can't really notice it much.

JP is a good friend of mine. He does do good work. He did my tail lights a few years ago.

Oh yeah, I was checking his builds out on IG. They look amazing. I wish I went with him first with my headlights instead of Will Hardee. I remember being awed by yours and Vizard's car when I first joined this site. Nicely done!
