Its real. Off an 09 GTR but took some very brave notching and drilling to pull off. Wanted an OEM looking highback style wing and not much out there I liked so....

Didn't occur to me at all to be honest. Not fond of the double decker either. Probably do that during winter when car is parked up for season. Thanks for idea.

Was lazy and paid infiniti to do my coolant flush

Handed them a clean car and clean engine bay, was handed back a cleaner car (exterior) and this engine bay 😑

Gee thanks infiniti, you will see my car again like NEVER....

If it is the OEM spoiler you'll have some work to do. There are a few big holes that would need filled and body work done to accommodate the change.

Those are the exhuast cut out valves welded onto what was once a set of resonated test pipes. Removed my exhuast for some suspension work and turned it over. Really liked the sound and rumble of open exhuast at test pipe so cut off resonators, wired it up and welded the cut out valve system.

I was having issue finding oem trunk lid in recent search that doesn't have spoiler. Seems like the next best thing is to do a bunch more body work to remove them. Am I missing something? If it boils down to a ton of body work or two cleanly mounted spoilers I'm opting to leave it alone and let whoever is BEHIND me worry about my spoilers.

nah you just need the chrome part. i would meguyver something so that the chrome part can just be double taped and hopefully some of the preexisting holes can be utilized. but tape should be enough. the 2 far holes ur left with just use touch up paint and pop some hole cover plugs in there (found at hardware stores). most will sit flat. i use those all the time to cover holes i made for bodykits when i remove them. u seem pretty handy im sure it would be easy for u to handle

Thanks for info. Really appreciated and will give it a go soon. Keep you posted on results for consideration. Whole car is a mutant now lol. Was thinking of stenciling "once was a" above the back G37S badge.

Cheers
