Just finished my sound system, everything else is stock except it and the headlights.

 

I don't know anything about audio systems, but I'm looking at that trunk and that looks pretty cool. It's a modification that only you see and it's personal... love stuff like that.

 

I agree, it's uncommon to see a G37 coupe with a heavily modified sound system, maybe this will contribute to the mod diversity haha. BTW, car is now super heavy, must have gained at least 70lbs, excluding spare tire + tool kit which I now place in rear seats.

Hello, I am quite new around here. I own a 09 G37x [I did the brake swap myself] coupe up in Alberta Canada. Owned for 4 years now. Anyways onto the car.

I run Kansei Tandems 18x10.5 +12 square with Indy500 275/40/18s
BCRacing coils 14 F&R [I wanted 14 and 12 but swifts arent made for the X in 12k]
Avery Dennison Diamond Purple wrap, Been on the car 2 years as of these photos except fender and bumper being this years addition and thus freshly wrapped.
I have an Ark GRiP 2.5" Exhaust, Z1 CAI. Plans for SOHO Procharger and cam to achieve 550awhp+
Every SPL component they sell is on the car, I am in the process of changing out bushings to poly
Custom Headlights with Halos behind the projector
Goal with the car is to be able to hunt unsuspecting R35s in the mountains and still be able to be taken to work on a nice summer day.

 

Decided to show off my interior a bit. Ignore the door panels, they are getting re-covered in alcantara with blue diamond stitching eventually.

Hood louvers, huh? That's a huge tell the car has been modified. Do you know what's been done other than the hood and headlights?

 

There are fender louvers as well. I know it was wrecked once upon a time, so I got a fantastic deal on it. To answer your question though, no I'm not sure of any mods. When I looked under the hood briefly everything looked stock. Now with that said it pulls insanely hard and when you get up in revs the engine absolutely growls! I'm not sure how normal that is. I drove a friend's G35 about 16 years ago, other than that I've never been in any Infiniti.

 

Sometimes people are into visual mods (like body panel mods and lighting), and sometimes they just mod for power, or handling. But usually it's a combination of all the above. So I'm guessing the more you learn about the G, the more things you'll discover.

Either way, it certainly looks unique, and if it's running properly I'm sure it's a blast to drive.
